Video/Cameras: Camera and Video recording equipment is permitted in the grounds only on the condition that all ownership and property rights in any images or footage of this event remains with the promoter. You can use any images or footage of the event for your own personal and private use only. You are not permitted to make any images or footage available to any other person by any means for any purpose whatsoever.

There will be a bbq and meet and greet at the Golden Gate Lodge from 5.30.
FRIDAY 5th February 2010
QUALIFYING GROUPS: These groups will be limited to 16 cars. Number of groups will be determined by the number of Entries.
VEHICLE CHECKING: 12pm - 3pm This will be held at the Golden Gate lodge Cromwell. Between 12pm and 3pm on Friday the 5th February 2010
DRIVERS BRIEFING: 5.00pm This will be in the clubrooms. All drivers to attend this otherwise you will not race. Marble draw for Time trials will be after drivers briefing. All grids will be posted after the grand parade.
GRAND PARADE / Warm up
5.30PM All competitors will line up, in their groups, for grand parade at 5.30pm All drivers MUST take part.
Hot Laps 6.00pm
Time Trials 6.30
Time Trials will determine heat and grid positions. Also if any ties on points for Feature, Fastest time trial position will determine position

AWARD CEREMONY: Trophies for the first three (3) places for the New Zealand Sprint Car Championship will be presented after the final results are confirmed.
RAINOUT DATE: In the event of a Rainout on friday we will run USA Outlaw Format as per rule G13-6-12 (L)on the Saturday Night as a 1 (one) night show. Sunday to be other Rainout day option as afternoon meeting Starting at 2 oclock
